A choice of methods
1) The easiest method is to email me here (graham@pountain.net) and give me your name, address, postcode, telephone number and the names of your walkers (or estimated numbers). I can then reply directly with all the things you need to know
2) Print the page below fill it in and post it to me.
3) Download the form in Word form here, or PDF here and return it to me.

Sunday 29^th December Starts anytime between 10 am to 1 pm  at Junction 7 (M65) car park, Clayton-le-moors.
(Blackburn Rd, Accrington, Lancashire BB5 5JW)

Payment (£5 cash) for registered walkers should be made on the day of the walk at the registration point
 on the Junction 7 Car Park (opens from 9 am) where each walker will be given a walk authorisation ticket
