Hi Graham-

Good to hear from you- things are going really well actually. Hope all is well with you and the students in the UK! I have talked to China many times about how much she enjoys her work here, and I think she is truly happy. Myself and the head teacher are also extremely happy and joke with her that she is never allowed to leave!  So, to say the least, all parties are happy and we are actually slightly re-structuring our early education department because of China!!!  So, she is a great addition to the school and the JBFC family, and we would be at a loss without her.

Also, Pendo (Pendo Wambura - ex- Bethany girl) is doing really well. She took a small loan from me, and I helped her buy a plot of land with the loan, where she plans to start building her a house. I am really working with all of my staff on saving your earnings and investing in long-term assets early, and Pendo has really taken everything to heart. Thought you would enjoy hearing that!

We are all headed out to Bethany this Sunday to worship together and then have a rematch of our girls’ teams in the afternoon, so we are all looking forward to that. It should be a great day. I am really happy with the relationship that has started, and keep praying that it can continue to go along as smoothly as it is starting.  And, as always, as you have more trained teachers coming, please send them my way if you feel they would fit in well!
