Family History:
Neema has got a sister called Hollo who lives at Bethany. They used to live with their father and mother until in 2001 when their father died. They stayed with their mother who died the following year as well. Then they went to their uncle who is drunkard and has lots of cows. These girls were stopped to go to school so that they can look after their uncle’s cows. If they refused to tend the cows, they were beaten severely and would not eat. Therefore, there came their aunt who got divorced and found these two girls in that bad situation. One day she came to Bethany with a letter from the village leader to say she was looking for any assistance for these girls. Bethany took them and to date, they are very well, hard working and they behave well – they both enjoy living at Bethany.
