Family History:
Kulwa’s parents died a long time ago when he was still young. He was living with his grandmother in Sengerema. One day Kulwa decided to leave for Magu because he knew he had an uncle in Magu. He walked a very long distance from Sengerema to Magu. When he arrived in Magu he did not know where to go. He stayed in the streets of Magu, and became very ill. It was by coincidence when the Mr. Kawemama – the social officer in Magu was walking around, he saw this boy. Mr. Kawemama took him to Magu hospital where he stayed for about seven months before Bethany was approached. The social officer then contacted Bethany if they could grant the boy a place to live because no body knew were to find his other family members.
