Family History:
Both of her parents died. Her father died in 2001 and her mother the year after. They all died of HIV. There was nobody available to take care of her when her parents died. Her grand mother approached Bethany to find the possibility of caring for them.
Josephine has a sister called Agatha and they both live happily at Bethany.
