Family History: Balole lived with her grandfather called Charles Nyanda in Kisesa near Mwanza since 2004 when her mother died. She has got two sisters at Bethany whom they share a mother but have all different fathers. Her grandfather had lost his wife so his sister took him to stay together. When these girls’ mother died, this grandfather had a great responsibility of looking after them all. He depends on farming which he can not do a lot because of his age. The social village officer advised Mr. Charles Nyanda to come to Bethany and ask for assistance of looking after Balole and her two sisters. That was in April 2006.
