HISTORY
Ally had been staying with his grandmother at Musoma. His father was a drunkard and could not take care of him and his mother lived far away at Tanga and was thought to be pregnant. When his grandmother could no longer afford to take care of him he was taken to Kuleana – this was 14/05/1998.
Kuleana tried several times to find some relatives at Musoma to care for Ally but could find no one. They then asked Bethany to take care of him. He visited Bethany on a number of occasions before going there to live.
